Stable. Able. Visionary. with Willis Jonhston

In this practice, you will move through a classic Katonah Practice of cat/cow, dogs, cross leg variations, hangs, wide-leg forward folds, and a plow. Expect to employ all three floors of your body to get a sense of what it means to be stable, able, and visionary. Feel how those 3 qualities can give rise to an experience greater than the sum of their parts. Suggested Props--2-3 blocks, 1 blanket, a strap
