Katonah Yoga® forward fold sequence with Clare Lim Martin and Aaron Martin
Some recipes are timeless, and don’t need to be changed. We certainly feel this way about Nevine’s forward fold sequence. We love teaching this sequence to those who are new to Katonah Yoga, and we return to this sequence for our own practice as well. *good to follow along on weekly repeat, if one is working towards a rounded plow. props needed: blocks, light weight or blankets or sandbag.
