We'll explore Room 3 in the Magic Square which holds the key to articulation and involves two coming together to create a third.

In this workshop, we'll focus on using postures as our dialogue and adjustments as our conversation to refine how you make contact.

Join with your spouse, partner, friend, or family member.

What's Included:

Best practices for making good contact and how to utilize yoga props to offer adjustments unique to whom you are working with as a means to build on your relationship through newfound therapeutic technique. 

Suggested props: 4 blocks, 1-2 blankets, yoga strap.
