30hr *In Person* Katonah Yoga Training

Join us *In Person* for a 30hr Katonah Yoga Training at Viale Yoga in Bedford HIlls, NY
Teachers will include: Nevine Michaan, Melanie Hyman, Harriet Shreger, Marco Migliavacca + a host of Katonah teachers!
This training will include Katonah Yoga theory, active and restorative practices, meditations, workshops and conversation. Each day we will move through physical practices with various teachers; breathing and theory sessions with Nevine.
Learn and refine tools to measure up. Play well with yourself and others through concentration and radiance. Use the Katonah Yoga material well and build insight personally and in community.We are looking forward to being with you.
Cancellation policy: in order for our team to handle logistics smoothly, we will honor full refund for anyone who needs to cancel up to 8 weeks in advance of the training. We appreciate your understanding.
