Winter Practice: Tending to Our Grounds with Mary Dana Abbott

In this short and sweet practice, we tend to our waters to prepare for insights and repose. The class begins with hip openers, builds to lunar salutations and finishes with a three-part seated-fold sequence. While this practice is designed for winter, it can be done at any time when we feel the need to come back to our earth. Props needed: 2 blocks and 1 blanket
