Chairs: Substantiating our Capacity
In this chairs class, we work with folds, standing poses, side planks and balances to explore how we hold ground and embody. The practice finishes with backbends, wheel and virasana, using our efforts to access our potential and capaciousness. Props needed: 1 chair, folding or standard yoga, 3 blocks, 1-2 blankets. Optional: straps and sandbag.
