Pattern & Repetition w Mary Dana Abbot
A multi-planar, multifaceted Katonah Flow practice that focuses on opening up the joints in our mainframe: shoulder & hip. We ease into the body with mobility and breath work and build heat to transform and explore how we hold ground with dynamic standing postures. We then temper our flame with lunar salutations and standing balances before returning to the ground for restorative backbends to open our lungs and pique our imaginations.
