Summer Ready Flow w Nikki Calonge

This is a 30 minute streamlined and summer-ready practice. Grab two blocks to move with Nikki Calonge (she/her) through some brief pranayama, big and bold arm strokes, and leg kicks while back-bending. This class gives you all the heat of summer mixed with some cool water swimming!
